Nancy Lycett is the Managing Director of ILE (International Lift Equipment) – a company her father set up in 1976, remaining a family-run business since then. Based in London, Leicester and Keighley, the business today employs 98 people and serves a wide range of commercial and public sector clients with fit-for-purpose lift equipment.
