Corporate Knights Inc., an award-winning sustainable economy magazine, has ranked KONE as the 19th most sustainable company in the world. KONE was the only lift and escalator company to be included in the rankings, and the best-performing company headquartered in Finland on the list. In the "Machinery Manufacturing" Corporate Knights Industry Group, the company ranked fourth among its 2023 global category peers. The ranking was formed from analysis of nearly 6,720 publicly listed companies with revenues of over USD 1 billion.
