The Lift & Escalator Symposium Trust are delighted to announce the 15th Symposium on Lift & Escalator Technologies. Hear leading experts present peer reviewed papers, and enjoy the opportunity to share research and knowledge and to network with colleagues from across industry. Abstracts are welcome from professionals, academics and post graduate students.

The symposium will take place on the 18 - 19 September 2024 at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa, Kettering, UK.

If you would like to submit a paper, the first step is to submit an abstract of up to 300 words. The abstract should state the authors' names, affiliations and email address, the title of the paper, the objectives, methodology employed, the main results and the conclusions of the research. Abstracts cannot include a product or service name: we welcome you writing about the technology you are applying, but advertorials will not be accepted. Once you have submitted an abstract, you can expect to hear from us according to the following timetable. Please help us to run the Symposium efficiently by meeting all the submission deadlines.

• Submit Abstract - 31 March 2024

• Notification of Abstract Acceptance - 30 April 2024

• Submit extended abstract (six pages) or full paper (ten pages) - 31 May 2024

• Notification of acceptance of full paper - 30 June 2024

• Submit final paper incorporating comments & feedback from reviewers - 31 July 2024
