In 1887 Otis won the original contract to supply elevators for the North and South pillars of the Eiffel tower. Now, nearly 135 years later, they have been selected for a major machinery overhaul of the two duolifts. 

These modernization improvements will help continue the tradition of this timeless structure well into the future, through a reliable, efficient and modern passenger experience for more than 6 million visitors who visit this landmark each year!
