Paul Turner is Technical Director at Schindler, and has been in the industry for over 20 years. Last year he served as Vice President, and he pledged to focus on sustainability as part of his role. Paul commented, “It has been a pleasure to be part of the LEIA board for the past 3 years. I’m delighted to step into the role of President to continue that work. With another year ahead of us, packed with opportunities our focus will be on proactively supporting members and the industry.” 

Micky Grover-White has 24 years’ experience in the industry, and represented Otis on LEIA’s Technical Committee since 2019. In his new role, he aims to support the LEIA Technical Committee on standards and legislation, and support the work of the distance learning and vocational qualifications programmes. Speaking about his appointment, Micky said, “It is great to start the new year with a new challenge and get stuck in at LEIA. I’m very much looking forward to what we can do as a team.”
