CIBSE’s Introduction to the Building Safety Act training course will provide an overview of the scope and major provisions of the Building Safety Bill in England. It will also outline the more rigorous regime for the design, construction and operation of “Higher Risk Buildings” – those residential buildings over 18m in height or having seven or more stories.

The course is designed for managers, directors and partners who will have responsibility for implementing the new building safety regime in any construction related business. It will also be relevant to those who operate and maintain buildings for client organisations.
