The brothers who run Caltech Lifts have unlocked the next phase of its plan to grow to £6m turnover and improve its service by buying a new HQ building in Dundee with warehouses and rental offices for £1m.

Caltech said: Affinity House will give us space for more staff, equipment and parts as we grow towards our £6m turnover
growth target. It’ll also enable our three-year goals. Our customers and staff will benefit from the move in several ways,
including allowing us to set up a showroom for lifts and stairlifts as well as host technical seminars for clients’ design teams
and conduct apprentice training in a controlled environment.
