LEIA is looking for a new Co-ordinator to support the Head of End-Point Assessment in the running of their end-point assessment (EPA) service for the lift & escalator industry.

LEIA’s EPA service was set up in 2020 and currently offers three standards. The service is growing fast and they are now seeking support to take it to the next stage. The role is based remotely but with travel to their central London office location and other UK locations when business needs require which could be weekly, or monthly.

As a key member of a small team, this brand-new role will involve:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries into the EPAO.

  • Building positive working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Maintain track and compliance management documents and systems.

  • Process learner registrations, gateway, results and certification claims.

  • Monitor candidate progression whilst on programme and throughout EPA.

  • Liaise with the LEIA Assessment team to schedule assessments and ensure timely completion of assessments and grading.

  • Liaise with finance on raising invoices and ensure payment is being monitored.

  • Track LEIA Assessment team CPD.

  • Support in the development of assessment materials.

  • Ensure compliance with Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition within the scope of the role.

LEIA is looking for:

  • Business Administration qualification – Level 3 (or relevant work experience)

  • Experience working in the education sector, preferably apprenticeships

  • Good diligence

  • Strong Organisational Skills

  • Self-motivation

  • Flexible working attitude
