This year’s 190km challenge will begin on the 1st July 2023 at A&A Electrical in London, heading to Mersea Island for an overnight stay, looping around and finishing up back at A&A for celebratory drinks! The 190km planned and marshalled route will include water and rest points which will allow you time to recuperate and take in some of the beautiful summer scenery.

• The idyllic route will come with some small climbs and speedy slopes. This is set to be slightly easier than the last event.

• There will be an overnight camping stop on Mersea Island, which will include food, drink, toilet/shower facilities and evening entertainment.

• Medals and celebrations will take place at A&A

All participant ticket funds raised will be donated to the Lift Industry Charity.
