Assessors needed!

Due to increased volumes of apprentices LEIA are looking for assessors to work on a casual associate basis.

The areas of experience they are looking for are:

• Lift service and repair

• Escalator installation

• Escalator service and repair

• Stairlift installation and repair (based in the South half of England)

• Platform and Service Lift installation and service and repair

All the assessment team need to be qualified in assessment delivery, or working towards a qualification. For the right applicants LEIA may be able to assist with this.

They also require recent occupational competence within the last three years.

LEIA offer competitive rates of pay on a ‘per apprentice’ basis, induction and ongoing support and CPD opportunities.

Sales live for LIFTEX 2025

LIFTEX 2025 takes place from 11 – 12 June 2025 at ExCeL, London and is the UK’s only dedicated exhibition for the lift, escalator and access industry.

Now in its 37th year, LIFTEX is organised by the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and held once every three years. It features over 100 UK and international exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services and attracts 4,000 attendees.
