Congratulations to Omar Marfoua, our interviewee for Elevator Pitch in Issue 5 of Lift Industry news, on celebrating his 23-year work anniversary! Omar is now Specialist Lifts & Services Manager at Shorts, having joined as a Technical Support Engineer in back 1991.
