Since 2017, Jackson Lift Group have been maintaining and modernising the eight lifts in the Blind Veterans UK well-being centre in Llandudno, Conwy. They recently completed a partial modernisation of one of the building’s four internal hydraulic passenger lifts to help improve performance, lower energy consumption, and update the lift to current health and safety standards.

As part of the project, Jackson removed the old hydraulic system and lift controller, rewired the shaft, and installed a new energy-efficient hydraulic lift package which included a new lift controller. They also installed a new operating panel with tactile illuminated buttons.
