Shorts launches a game-changer
Shorts launches the DMG PB4 Lift Control System, a Game–changer in Lift Connectivity, Safety, and Modernisation Turnaround.
Shorts and their long-term partner, DMG Spa, are proud to announce the launch of the PB4 Lift Control System to the UK and Irish markets. Building on the solid reputation of its predecessor, the PB3, Shorts, and DMG have been working closely together to provide lift professionals with this latest lift controller package.
Along with technological advances for better communication and quicker installation, Shorts has endeavoured to maintain its leading modernisation turnaround commitment, with the stock PB4 dispatched on average within 14 days of being ordered.
The PB4’s modular design ensures it fits various lift configurations, while the forthcoming DMG Fusion app offers a user-friendly platform for enhanced management and predictive maintenance. Safety is at the forefront, with the Elgo Limax Absolute Encoder Positioning System ensuring smooth and reliable lift operations.
“Launching our DMG PB4 Lift Control System cements our commitment to bringing the latest innovations to lift professionals,” said Richard Armstrong, Lift Components Division Manager. “As DMG’s most advanced controller to date, the PB4 builds on the strong foundation of its predecessor, offering versatility and reliability with advanced connectivity and enhanced safety. Not to mention our infamous industry-leading 14-day turnaround for all stock controllers.”
For extra support, along with Shorts’ in-house technical team, lift technicians now have access to DIDO, an online knowledge base offering manuals, tutorials, and troubleshooting guidance specifically for the PB4 lift controller. Together, these resources ensure that all technical enquiries get resolved as quickly as possible.
