Companies across the industry celebrated International Women’s Day, which took place on 8th March, and its theme ‘EmbraceEquity’.

Companies such as KONE, Otis and Dewhurst used the opportunity to highlight the achievements of their female employees and raise awareness of their efforts to improve equality, diversity and inclusion. The trend of posting pictures of employees embracing spread a powerful message in line with the ‘EmbraceEquity’ theme.
